I purchased seven of the open back nightgowns as well as the bed jacket cape. Everything is well-made and beautiful. My mom is in a nursing home, and all she wore for months were the ugly polyester hospital gowns. I discovered Silverts and placed one order. And they were so fast and had such beautiful items, I ordered again. When I was advised that the cape had not been received, the customer service people were so helpful and quickly sent out the item I was so impressed. The cape is of beautiful velvet, and my mom loves it. Great people and quality clothing. Free rush shipping too. How can you beat that? I'll be ordering the open back pants for mom next. Very comfy and works great. If any improvement were to be made, I would suggest it be a little longer and a little bigger around the neck.
