FAQ
How to Put On an Open Back Nightgown
- Unsnap both shoulder closures at the top.
- From the front, slide the sleeves onto the wearer’s arms until the open back reaches their back — no lifting required.
- Pull the first panel across the back and snap it into place at the shoulder.
- Pull the second panel across to create an overlap and snap closed.
Why Use Silverts Open Back Nightgowns

- Great for Limited Upper Body Mobility: Wearers can be dressed without raising their arms or contorting their upper body, unlike traditional over-the-head nightgowns.
- Ideal for Seated or Supine Dressing: The open-back design allows the nightgown to be put on from the front and snapped at the shoulders with minimal jostling. Overlapping back panels ensure full coverage and discretion.

The items I bought were lovely, but your return policy is awful, and I won't be purchasing anything else. I bought 2 different sizes to see which best fit my mother. To return the bigger size and rebuy it for 19.90 more for return and shipping it is not worth it to me.
