FAQ
How to put on an Open Back Shirt?
- Unsnap both closures at the shoulder seams of the shirt.
- From the front, slide the sleeves up the arms of the wearer until the opening reaches their back (no lifting required).
- Once the shirt is in place, pull the first panel across the back and snap it in place at the shoulder.
- Now take the second panel, pull across creating an overlap, and snap again.
Why use Silverts Open Back Shirts?

- Great for Limited Upper Body Mobility: Wearers can be dressed without lifting their arms or pulling clothing overhead, making dressing easier and more comfortable.
- Ideal for Seated or Supine Dressing: The open back design allows dressing from the front while seated, standing, or lying down with minimal movement required.
- Designed for Seated Wear: Side slits and a relaxed fit help the shirt sit smoothly and comfortably throughout the day.

The shirt could be fine for someone who needs the open back. I don’t but ordered it based on your advertising that it would be suitable for anyone who wanted a comfortable shirt. I didn’t find that to be true, for me anyway. Very awkward design for normal dressing. And very disappointing. I do appreciate the other products I have purchased from you.
