FAQ
How to put on Open Back Pants?
- Open the pants using the snap closures along the waistband of the pants.
- From the front, slide the pant legs up the legs of the wearer with the opening in the waistband towards their back.
- Once the pants are up to the waist, pull the bottom panel around to the back of the wearer.
- Take the second panel and snap it into place on the waistband, creating an overlap. Adjust the snap position to ensure comfort.
Why use Silverts Open Back Pants?
- Caregiver Safety: Caregivers do not have to lift or shift the wearer to pull the pants under their bottom.
- Ideal for Seated or Supine Dressing: The open back design means the wearer can be dressed from a seated, standing or laying position. The panels at the back can be snapped into place easily, providing full coverage and discretion from behind.

The Care aids that work with my husband in the home where he is are very happy with the pants . My husband is a big man and it was very hard for them to change him as he cannot walk as he permanently is in a wheelchair. I liked the texture of the pants . They are so soft. I ordered another 3 pairs so he has one for every day . I wished I had known of your company before , as I have spent over 200$ this past year on pants that were a struggle to put on and take off . I am so happy a male caseworker at the home told me about your company
Thank you Lenore McKenzie
Great for wheelchair users
Great quality and well made
the pants are accurately sized and constructed for the long haul. i have worn them only a few times but i expect a long life. i am very pleased,
i wish you more pants available in sizes greater than 3X.
