This cape was ordered for someone who had to stay in rehab for an extended stay. It is often chilly in a hospital setting, so this was a perfect gift. The item was a beautiful pattern, very soft, and a perfect gift with pockets! Items like this with pockets are very difficult to find. The item was much appreciated by the recipient.

Beautiful and cozy. Easy to put on my mom

Mom loves this and so do I. she lives in assisted living and they keep it very warm there, still, she's always cold and wants something up against her neck and covering her. This isn't as heavy as a fleece, it doesn't weigh her down, but still provides a soft cozy plush feeling against her neck. It's wonderful because the sleeves are roomy enough that she can put it on over her clothing without struggling. We got the black with silver inside and it looks nice enough to wear out to the theater! In fact, she sometimes doesn't want to wear it because it's so "fancy". I have to keep reminding her that it's machine washable and it just looks pretty. Anyway, I just ordered more colors . AND -- yes, I ordered one for myself too because it's the perfect weight for when I'm working on the computer and I want to throw a light blanket over myself but not trip over it. I absolutely love this and I hope no one knows I got if from an "adaptive clothing" website!
