purchased these pants in recent past in size 3x. Ordered same pants again in size 3x and discovered the sizing had changed radically as they were hugely bigger than before. the fabric had changed and the sizing previously used had changed. The pants we received were not the same fit as before being much bigger. Had to return as not wearable and smaller size not available.

I was happy to stumble upon Silverts in my internet search trying to find clothes my brother could put on without too much effort. He was a dialysis patient for 8 years and his calves retained so much fluid he couldn't find pants to easily slip over his calves. These were perfect and he was so happy to have them.
