I ordered large size pants based on the website sizing guide to fit my 34-inch waist. The waist band hits me at my chest and the inseam was still at least 4-inches too long. Don't believe the sizing chart. Go down at least one full size unless you are a giant. The chart would be more helpful if it gave inseam measurements as well as waist size as most men's pants are sized with both values

No draw string for tighter, and Velcro is not long enough to make tighter, I now have to sew on both sides to make a better fit when some sort of draw string would of helped, the pants are a nice heavy fabric but the weight of them will make them drop to my husbands feet with out a better way to cinch up. .

These were great and really helped make going to the bathroom easier for my father after brain surgery. He kept ranting about how comfortable they were and how much easier it made getting his pants down. I m so glad these exist!
