I never received my order, it was for my grandmothers christmas gift. If I could give a zero stars for that alone I would. They will not take responsibility for anything and are blaming the shipping company they choose to use, as well as asking me to reach out to the shipping company rather than doing it themselves. paid for a product and never received it. Dont fall for their scam sales. For a canadian company super they have bad customer service and terrible policies. If you don’t want headaches and wasted time, go to amazon.

The centre seam on the top front of the slipper irritates and rubs my mother’s foot. The pain has resulted in my mother asking me to return them. And your return policy is very rigid…. Not consumer friendly at all.
