Frequently asked questions
How is the discount tier decided?
Tiers are based on the order subtotal at member pricing (30% off retail) before shipping and tax. Subtotals of $10,000 or more receive an additional discount that brings the total to 40% off retail; $50,000 or more brings it to 50% off retail. The larger tier is applied automatically at checkout.
Can I combine SGP pricing with other promotions?
SGP member pricing replaces retail promotions and discount codes. Free-shipping offers may still apply where available.
