My name is Michelle, and I am a caregiver. I am here to aid those of you who have taken on the responsibility of caring for a person who is facing physical challenges. Adopting this role can be overwhelming and intimidating. For many of you, it is the first time you have been faced with caring for a loved one with physical limitations.

Many decisions need to be made to ensure your loved one receives the best care possible, from hiring home care professionals, to exploring nursing home options, and various medication plans, there is one fundamental contributor to your loved one's comfort that is often neglected.
